flash player app
I want my game to be available to anyone who wishes to play the game so I have imported the game into a flash player application and embedded it in a webpage.

FLex development
Having no pervious knowledge of how Flex builder works and following numerous tutorials I have started looking at alternative and more simple methods.
FLEX Builder
While the Sketch up plug in gave me a sample of AR I needed something that would give me more freedom and allow more interactivity so I have looked at using Flex builder with Papervision and FLARToolkit.

Augmented reality
Here I have used Google Sketch Up with a free trial version of an AR plugin for sketch up

The free trial only gives me a 30 second trial period but allowed me to see a very basic model of my maze in real time 3D
Blender development
To make the game seem more like a Labyrinth I took control away from the ball and gave it to the maze itself.

Flash Development
Wanting to experiment more with action script I included a timer to put the player under pressure to complete the maze as quickly as possible.

Weather or not the player competed the maze in the time limit one of the two messages would then be displayed.

Flash Game

For this very simple game the player would control the small blue ball around the maze using the arrow keys on the keyboard. I used hit tests in AS so that the player would be held within the walls of the maze and another hit test when the player reached the finish.
Research
Here I have looked at different examples of augmented reality used in games;
for my game I want to redesign the classic wooden Labyrinth game where a small metal ball is carefully directed around the maze by tilting handles into a modern digital game.
